Job Overview:

The Floor Hostess will be the face of the Jewelry Showroom, responsible for creating a welcoming and luxurious environment for all customers. This role involves greeting guests, providing product information, managing customer flow, and ensuring an exceptional showroom experience that reflects the brand's elegance and prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism as they enter the showroom. Maintain a courteous and attentive presence on the showroom floor at all times. Assist customers by directing them to appropriate sales representatives or product displays. Ensure the showroom remains tidy, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day. Coordinate with the sales and admin team to manage customer wait times and service flow. Offer refreshments and ensure high levels of hospitality for VIP guests. Keep track of foot traffic and provide insights to the showroom manager when required. Provide basic information about products and company policies when necessary. Handle customer inquiries and complaints gracefully, escalating as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in hospitality or retail is a plus. Prior experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed appearance and a professional, elegant demeanor. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
