Supervising day-to-day activities of Core performance (prioritizes workloads, does resource planning, oversees daily/weekly/monthly activities, etc.) to achieve high network performance standards
Ensuring Core Performance KPIs; CS/PS Core, VAS & IMS are stable and achieving the contractual thresholds, and work on the KPI improvement
Ensuring the Assurance, Analysis & Reporting activities for the Core Performance Team are performed successfully on-time, and as per the agree SLA
Provide team direction; prioritize workload and resources to meet objectives; proactively maintain the integrity of the network; develop both short and long term managed services goals; oversee project management
Participates in budget management; and lead major network recovery efforts.
Plays a catalyst role in building a strong team by utilizing routine coaching sessions and assisting with progressive career development progress, and establishing training requirements.
Interacts with all departments to assist in developing new automation tools, processes, and planning/scheduling workload execution.
