Duties

1. Provide adequate information for Knowledge on all subject matters related to the training/lesson plan

2. Instruct and facilitate . Teach -when teaching appears the best way to achieve learning by the trainees/students.

3. Create, Develop and update Lesson plan to the standard required by the ICAO Annexes and GCAA regulations- in particular-as well as aviation industry standard and recommended practices.

4. Be punctual at work.

5. Conduct instructional activities for knowledge, skill and ability for trainees/students - in classroom, on-line and as may be reasonably required.

6. Manage instructional resources without waste- EFFICIENTLY!

7. Conduct lessons in compliance with competency based training and assessment methods.

8. Plan and Perform Knowledge training

9. Conduct Knowledge examinations, Practical and Oral test in accordance with applicable requirements of the GCAA CAR.

10. Determine student/trainee"s proficiency. Make reports on student progress

11. Develop New Teaching Methods.

12. Conduct quality audit on training systems.

13. Provide audit report for Management considerations and actions.

14. Liaise with GCAA on all quality assurance requirements and implementations

15. Shall deal directly with GCAA/other CAAs on matters of regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with CAR requirement on training hours per week.

2.Ensure Learning occurs in the most efficient manner at every opportunity to impact knowledge on the trainees/students, Getting trainees/student to perform at established standard as required by the ICAO Annexes, GCAA regulations/requirements, practical and competency models of Teeta aviation training and procedure manual. 3 Represent a positive attitude to learning in all instructional activities and encourage the trainees/student to do same.

4 Create an enjoyable learning experience through motivation, treating trainees/students as individuals,Make constructive critizism, addmit errors.

5 Give credits to them when due.

6. Above all, Keep them adequately informed for knowledge.
