Your key responsibilities:

We're Dynamic & Innovative. In an ever-changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities:
  • Recommend proactive fleet positioning and investment opportunities based on analysis of fleet trends
  • Drive cost efficiency by proactively positioning assets strategically.
  • Gather and review data preparing and presenting to leadership team with suggestions on investment opportunities based on analysis of fleet trends
  • Drive optimization in utilization of rental assets using insight and system driven analytical tools.
  • Work closely with the Area Sales Managers (ASM's) on order pipeline to understand future fleet demand
  • Ability to clearly report forecasted demands to enable buy in from the business leads.
  • Ownership of the strategic planning to determine the appropriate level of investment of our assets ensuring this meets future demands.
  • Take a leading role interpreting salesforce data to align with available fleet highlighting any shortages.
  • Challenge ASM's on offered rates and ensure fleet is allocating to the most rewarding projects.
  • Lead weekly pipeline calls with the ASM's and their teams.
  • Responsible for working with fleet and logistics lead to align and manage disconnects between strategy and execution
  • Build relationships and strong ways of working with our internal and external customers.
  • Prepare insightful reporting of functional performance measuring that performance against agreed targets and performance and work with the business execute and deliver.
