We are seeking a results-driven and experienced

Fleet Operations Manager

to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our delivery fleet. This role will be responsible for managing drivers, route planning, ensuring SLA adherence, minimizing operational costs, and driving performance improvement through data and process management.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling our fleet operations, ensuring timely deliveries, enhancing rider productivity, and leading tech-driven initiatives for automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor daily fleet activities and rider performance Develop route optimization strategies to reduce delivery time and cost Ensure compliance with SLAs, safety standards, and company policies Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and availability Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery flow Analyze fleet performance metrics and create actionable reports Recruit, train, and manage delivery riders and hub supervisors Implement tech-based systems for tracking, assignment, and reporting Handle escalations, delays, and route issues with urgency and professionalism

Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in fleet/logistics/last-mile delivery operations Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in using fleet management tools or delivery software Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of UAE geography and delivery regulations is a plus
