. Improve fleet services operations, including vehicle registration, renewals, and overseas operations. . Provide analysis and reporting on the state of the fleet services activities and keep improved records of the fleet documents. . Establish governance, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), policies, and frameworks for fleet services. . Keep an eye on how well members of the group are following the policies and procedures. . Execute and oversee technical and operational tasks related to vehicle fleet management, including legalization, insurance, claims, taxes, fuel, permits, contract administration, and cost control. . Keep an eye on fleet operations to make sure they adhere to state and municipal laws and regulations, and work with government representatives. . Manage the reordering of the vehicles based on size, mix, and composition by coordinating with the vehicle remarketing team to guarantee prompt disposal of the selling stock. . Plan the buyback units' prompt exchange and transfer. . Accurate reconciliation of the disposal stock's physical vehicle inventory. . Assistance in creating the fleet strategy and annual budget. . Conduct market research in order to improve supply conditions and acquire/contract new vehicles. . Offer thorough information on the inventories, ownership costs, mix and composition, utilization, and WDV (please supply the complete form of WDV). . Regularly do a physical inventory of the asset. . Send out a monthly report on the availability, composition, and mix of the fleet. Please send your CV
