Develop and update maintenance strategies based upon vessel defect monitoring and repair reporting to ensure vessel reliability \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiling of dry-dock and repair specifications and subsequent monitoring \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with the validity of all trading, class and statutory certificates in conjunction with the Master \xe2\x80\xa2 Authorisation of expenditure for repair and maintenance, dry dock, stores acquisition and delivery arrangements \xe2\x80\xa2 Participation of running cost and budgets. And reporting relating to the running costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide safety support within the Fleet as required, including the operation of the accident reporting system and circulation of safety statistics, updates to documentation, maintenance of controlled documents, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and audit the safety of vessel operations in order to prevent injury loss or damage to persons, property or the environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor all vessels Class/Flag certification and responsible for timely execution of Surveyor attendance \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct Internal Audits (CMID) as required under the ISM Code.25
