Fleet In-Charge & Workshop Supervisor (Salary Based on Experience and Strong Knowledge)

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management:

Oversee day-to-day transport and logistics across multiple projects. Manage light, heavy, and specialized vehicles including trailers and dollies. Plan and execute transportation of abnormal, oversized, or heavy loads (bridges, girders, precast elements). Conduct route surveys and prepare route maps for authority approvals. Monitor fleet readiness, reduce downtime, and ensure timely material delivery. Supervise drivers for scheduling, performance, and safety compliance. Coordinate with subcontractors, transport companies, and logistics providers.

Workshop Supervision:

Supervise mechanics, auto electricians, and workshop staff. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles and heavy equipment. Monitor workshop floor activities, job cards, and maintenance schedules. Plan and order spare parts; coordinate with stores and purchase department. Inspect work quality and instruct staff for maintenance jobs. Maintain workshop records and reports.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with HSE and road safety standards. Enforce company policies and UAE regulations for vehicles, equipment, and drivers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Workshop or Fleet : 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
