: Vehicle Coordinator (Fleet coordinator) A Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities related to the fleet of vehicles within an organization. They ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of vehicles, oversee scheduling and manage vehicle-related administrative tasks. The Vehicle Coordinator plays a vital role in optimizing the use of vehicles, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring efficient transportation operations. Key Responsibilities: Fleet Management: Oversee the organization\'s fleet of vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, or specialized vehicles. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, registrations, inspections, and maintenance schedules. Vehicle Maintenance: Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections for the fleet. Schedule and track vehicle servicing, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Address any mechanical or operational issues promptly. Vehicle Scheduling: Plan and coordinate the use of vehicles to meet operational requirements. Schedule vehicle assignments, routes, and deliveries. Optimize vehicle utilization and efficiency to minimize downtime and costs. Driver Management: Coordinate driver assignments, schedules, and training. Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety regulations, and licensing requirements. Provide guidance and support to drivers as needed. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to vehicles, such as maintaining vehicle logs, fuel consumption records, and insurance documentation. Process vehicle registrations, permits, and other legal requirements. Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the vehicle-related budget. Monitor expenses, analyze cost data, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Seek cost-effective solutions for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel consumption. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient vehicle fleet. Vendor Management: Liaise with vehicle suppliers, service providers, and repair shops. Obtain competitive quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality services and cost efficiency. Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in fleet management or logistics are a plus.
  • Proven experience in vehicle coordination, fleet management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, as well as relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and vehicle telematics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage vehicle schedules and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with drivers, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions for fleet optimization.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills to address vehicle-related issues and emergencies promptly.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and fleet management applications.

  • Language: English, Hindi and Malayalam Compulsory
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
