Transportation Coordinator Responsibilities:

Plan delivery routes.
Dispatch drivers to complete deliveries.
Record shipment details on the computer system.
Respond to client feedback or complaints.
Prepare payslips for drivers.
Support management team to supervise transportation personnel. Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedure.
Record driver concerns along with policy violations and direct main issues to the Transportation Manager.

Handle client concerns and direct problems to suitable parties.
Prepare schedule for external backhauls as well as review external backhaul prospects.
