Job Description
Via Medica International Healthcare is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet Department in Abu Dhabi UAE.
A fleet coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of a fleet of vehicles for a company or organization. Their primary role is to ensure that the fleet operates efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively to support the organization\'s objectives.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- 5 years working experience in Fleet with Hands On SAP, IVMS for vehicle tracking.
- Creating Job Order and raising PR in the SAP
- Encoding timesheet of vehicles in SAP - Pool vehicles & Ambulances
- Encoding timesheet of drivers in SAP
- Following up with Procurement team to release POs
- Raising MRF for Drivers and Materials
