Education: Bachelor s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Waste Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration or a related discipline.

To lead the day-to-day execution of waste management services, ensuring timely, compliant, and customer-focused delivery. Drive operational reliability by supervising frontline activities, ensuring effective deployment of personnel and assets, and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate closely with scheduling and logistics functions to ensure alignment between route planning, vehicle readiness, and service fulfilment, with the aim of maximizing efficiency, minimizing disruptions, and supporting continuous service improvement.
- Supervisory Management : Lead frontline activities by organizing schedules, aligning resources, and ensuring smooth task execution within assigned teams.
- Operations Management :Verify that all pre-collection arrangements,Lead the execution of scheduled.Monitor service execution in real time across multiple shifts.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues by coordinating with depot, sorting, recycling, and landfill teams across shifts, addressing handover bottlenecks, routing conflicts, or capacity constraints to maintain uninterrupted waste flow.
