Fleet Associate
Job Description
Overview
Monitor and manage the company fleet, including vehicles, equipment, and related documentation.
Plan delivery routes and coordinate closely with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
Track vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, technical inspections, and registration deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, transportation expenses, and vehicle-related costs.
Provide day-to-day support to the logistics and distribution team to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with general coordination tasks related to fleet and transport activities as required.
Job Requirements
Completed secondary education; higher education will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of logistics processes and vehicle operations.
Organized, punctual, and responsible with a strong sense of accountability.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with drivers and internal teams.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
