Join Nokia's "Early Career Program - Morocco PFE" for a 6-month End of Study internship, offering a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in Telecom engineering. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies like 5G, IP Networks, and Core Systems within our Network Infrastructure business group, contributing to the foundational network for the Metaverse. Candidates will undergo an evaluation exam, with top performers receiving vouchers for prestigious certifications such as Nokia NRS1, FTTx, or SDAN. Your PFE project will focus on "Automation of the Access Network Dashboard "AND" using AI models." Interns will benefit from access to the Nokia Innovation Center for practical experience, receive coaching on power skills, and work onsite at Nokia_Maroc premises, directly interacting with Nokia experts.



Automate the customization of the Access Network Dashboard (AND) using AI models. Develop a new database source for AND by integrating customer network data. Utilize AND as a platform to consolidate, visualize, monitor, and analyze near real-time network data for efficient event response. Demonstrate a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Nokia Network Infrastructure (IP, Optics, Fixed Networks). Successfully deliver an End Study Project within an international work environment. Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Collaborate on group projects to apply theoretical knowledge to practical telecommunications challenges. Network with industry experts, build professional relationships across Nokia's diverse teams, and recognise the importance of personal well-being at work.

You have:

Graduating in 2026 Preferred major in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering students or Computer Science (Software Engineering) A strong command of the English language is mandatory FN fundamentals; OS Red Hat, Programming Python, Cloud, AI/ML, Power BI, Grafana... VMware; scripting; AI/ ML; Network Automation; Network Security

It would be nice if you also have:

Excellent process-mapping and problem-solving skills. Written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, precise, and unambiguous instructions. A systematic, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.
