Job Description
Role Responsibilities
Conduct
physical verification of assets
across all hotels, leisure clubs, and restaurants. Maintain and reconcilefixed asset records
with financial registers (preferred but not mandatory). Coordinate and supervise thedisposal of obsolete or unserviceable assets
in line with company policy. Ensureaudit compliance
and prepare periodic management reports.Qualifications & Experience
3-4 years
of experience in a similar role. Background ininternal audit
,asset management
, orRFID/barcode tagging
preferred. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Own car
preferred for travel between locations.Contract Details:
Duration:
1 year (renewable based on performance) Competitive salary and benefits aligned with experience.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
