The position is responsible for assembly of RMU\xe2\x80\x99s to the required quality standards and the target provided.

Job Purpose:

To perform the production task like

• Internal and external assembly of modules.
• Preparation of sub-assemblies
• Fixing of all type of electrical/electronic/mechanical components etc.
• Mechanical activities/assemblies
• Physical handling of components and products

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Work in sub-assemblies like Fixed contacts, bottle assembly, sealing etc.

Work in all type of sub-assemblies like fascia, gland plates, shell works, doors Etc.

Work in sub-assemblies related with steel works and bought-out components.

Handle heavy steel works/assemblies and units

Work in mechanical/electromechanical activities internal and external of units

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: -

ITI or course in Mechanical Eng. (1 or 2 years) with 2 to 7 years of experience as Fitter or Technician in manufacturing industry.

Minimum Experience:

Understands the mechanical drawings, functions of mechanical/basic electrical components and experience in panel board assembly will be an advantage.

Job-Specific Skills:

Basic knowledge of mechanical assemblies.

Behavioural Competencies:

Must know to communicate in English and Hindi, with basic computer knowledge.

To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service provided by the company.

Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of information relating to the company\xe2\x80\x99s business and staff.
