Fit Out Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works. Manage teams: carpenters, electricians, painters, gypsum workers, MEP technicians. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure work follows drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Monitor progress and report to the Project/Construction Manager. Check quality of finishing (gypsum, painting, flooring, joinery, ceiling, glass). Ensure safety standards (EHS) and site cleanliness. Assist in material requests, quantity checking, and BOQ verification. Handle authority inspections (DCD, DM, DEWA) if required. Solve site issues quickly to avoid delays.
