Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Fit-Out Supervisor
to oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from start to completion. works, be capable of managing on-site teams, and ensure that all work is executed according to design, quality, and safety standards.The candidate must have a
valid UAE Driving License
and be able to travel between project sites as required.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day
fit-out and renovation site activities
. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance withapproved drawings, materials, and project timelines
. Coordinate withclients, subcontractors, and suppliers
to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee installation and finishing works such as ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, and fixtures. Monitor and control site progress, manpower allocation, and material delivery. Conduct regular inspections to ensurecompliance with quality and safety standards
. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review. Identify and resolve site-related issues to prevent project delays.Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in fit-out, renovation, or interior projects in the UAE. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. ValidUAE Driving License
(mandatory). Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
