Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and inspect workmanship to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure timely execution of works according to the project schedule. Manage and resolve site-related issues promptly. Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on-site. Track and report project progress, site activities, and workforce performance to the Project Manager. Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage on site. Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure rectifications are completed before project handover. Maintain site discipline, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
