We are looking for an experienced

Fit-out Supervisor

to manage and coordinate interior fit-out projects across Dubai. The role requires strong site supervision, knowledge of UAE regulations, and the ability to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works (commercial, retail, residential). Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and Dubai Municipality/authorities for inspections and approvals. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, DDA/DM regulations, and safety standards. Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Monitor site progress, manpower, and material requirements. Maintain quality control and resolve site-related issues promptly. Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out supervision within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority approvals, and permit processes. Good communication and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple sites and tight deadlines.
