Required:

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in interior fit-out works within the GCC Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction Driving License: UAE License Mandatory. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all site activities to ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. Review fit-out drawings and design details, ensuring that on-site implementation matches the approved design intent. Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used to ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements. Oversee the installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP interfaces, and other interior finishes. Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. Maintain complete knowledge of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, highlighting work status, manpower, and any issues encountered. Identify and report design or site-related conflicts and propose practical solutions to resolve them. Assist in preparing and closing snag lists and ensure the final handover is completed to client satisfaction. Supervise site housekeeping and material storage to maintain an organized and safe working environment. Coordinate inspection requests and approvals with consultants and clients.
