Job Description

A leading fitout and interior solutions provider based in Dubai, specializing in creating exceptional spaces for retail establishments are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Fitout Sales Manager to join thei team and drive their retail fitout business to new heights.

Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Fitout Sales Manager with 8 years of experience in the fitout industry, particularly in retail projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Fitout Sales Manager will play a vital role in expanding client base and ensuring the successful delivery of retail fitout projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand presence in the retail fitout market in Dubai.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored fitout solutions to meet their requirements.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet their individual and collective sales goals.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to generate leads and convert them into profitable projects.

Proposal and Presentation: Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations, clearly articulating our value proposition and competitive advantages to potential clients.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the management team to make informed business decisions.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company\'s policies and standards.

Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in fitout sales, with a focus on retail projects in Dubai.
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the fitout industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail design and fitout processes.
  • Network of contacts in the Dubai retail industry is a plus.
