Job Description
As an Interior Fit-Out Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our interior fit-out projects. From inception to completion, you will be responsible for managing the project timeline, budget, quality control, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards and within the set timelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure design intent is successfully translated into the final product.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out projects in the UAE, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in of English is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
