Twigs Design and Decoration LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused
Fit-Out Estimator
to prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out and joinery projects. The role involves close coordination with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and profitable project pricing.Key Responsibilities
Prepare
cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing
for interior fit-out and joinery works Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents Take accurate quantities forjoinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and signage
Obtain and evaluatesupplier and subcontractor quotations
Prepare detailedcost breakdowns, value engineering options, and comparisons
Coordinate with design and project teams to finalize pricing Support tender submissions and post-tender clarifications Update estimates based on revisions and site requirementsRequirements
2-5 years
experience as a Fit-Out Estimator in the UAE Strong knowledge ofinterior fit-out materials, specifications, and market rates
Proficiency inMS Excel
andAutoCAD
(quantity take-off) Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings Good negotiation and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and commercial awarenessWhat We Offer
