Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Fit-Out Estimator
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out estimation with a solid understanding of MEP components and local UAE market conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
accurate cost estimates
for interior fit-out works. Reviewtender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications
to understand project requirements. Obtain and analyzequotations from suppliers and subcontractors
to ensure competitive pricing. Preparedetailed cost breakdowns, tender submissions, and clarifications
. Work closely withdesign, procurement, and project teams
to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Supportvalue engineering
initiatives to optimize project costs. Maintain and update thedatabase of suppliers, materials, and pricing
.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
as aFit-Out Estimator
in theUAE
. Strong knowledge ofinterior fit-out materials, methods, and pricing
. Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Office
, andestimation software
. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
