Fit Out Estimator
Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fit-Out Estimator- Retail Sector at Ellipse Interior Decoration LLC in Dubai. The Fit-Out Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for retail fit-out projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, obtaining and reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. The role requires keen attention to detail, proficiency in construction estimating software, and strong negotiation skills.
