We are seeking a Fit-Out Engineer with 2 years of experience in the UAE, preferably with a background in joinery works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects from design coordination to execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
Ensure work quality, adherence to project schedules, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out works.
Knowledge of joinery, materials, and finishing details preferred.
Strong communication and site management skills.
