Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues on-site
Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required
Assist in procurement and verification of materials and vendor quotes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE or India)
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
