Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
Prepare project schedules, procurement logs, and material submittals.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution.
Monitor site progress and quality in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare progress reports, site inspection reports, and material delivery tracking.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide technical support to site teams and resolve engineering issues on-site.
Coordinate inspections and handovers with clients and consultants.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project engineering for interior fit-out works (commercial, retail, or residential).
Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
