Manage end-to-end project execution of interior fitout works, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for seamless project delivery.
Weekly project progress reporting (MS Projects).
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications & verify suitability of use.
Oversee site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.
Conduct quality checks and ensure timely project handover.
