We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fitout Draftsman with a minimum of 2 - 4 years of mandatory UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry to join our growing team at EdgeCraft Interior Fitout LLC. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of technical drawings, authority regulations, 3D visualization, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, joinery details, and presentation packages for fit-out projects. Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent software for client presentations (Preferred). Develop material boards, mood boards, and sample selections based on project scope. Ensure compliance with relevant UAE authorities (DM, DCD, Trakhees, Concordia, etc.) and handle submission documentation. Conduct site visits and surveys, prepare as-built drawings, and provide technical support during project execution. Coordinate with project managers, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy on-site. Attend client meetings and implement design changes based on feedback and site conditions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant UAE fit-out industry experience Mandatory. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Strong rendering and visualization skills. Good knowledge of materials, joinery, and interior fit-out detailing. Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes and regulations. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
