Job Description

We are looking for an Engineer to work inside our marble factory and handle daily operations.
No previous marble experience is required
--we will provide full training
. The candidate must be responsible, organized, and able to manage people.Key Responsibilities:
Take and understand job orders from management. Supervise daily production inside the factory. Assign tasks to laborers and ensure work is completed correctly and on time. Perform basic quality control on cutting, polishing, finishing, and packing (training provided). Report any quality issues or mistakes immediately. Keep workflow smooth, organized, and safe. Coordinate with the office team when needed. Prepare simple daily reports for management.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates -- full training provided.
