Fitness/Wellness Product Category Manager (Location Dubai) Should have a deep understanding of Fitness/Wellness products Should have international buying experience and maintain healthy inventory Be responsible for product and consumer segmentation and differentiation in every territory Plan and manage sales tools through effective communication and training to the sales team Plan seasonal offers and sales calendar Provide detailed Category monthly reviews Major Accountabilities: Studies trends from historical data around brand/category sales and market research to assist in the overall planning process Should be able to identify international trends and new potential brands for the introduction of new products, product assortment Ensures access to market intelligence through various sources on competition pricing and business and analysis of trends which may impact the Business Unit Monitors and analyses business performance by brand/category sales, sell-out, gross margin and turnover and translates insights into key selling points, or category opportunities Leads and oversees the buying requirements and formulates buying plan and budget for the brand/category and ensures proper monitoring of orders based on the buying plan and follow-ups on merchandise delivery as per the plan Manages the relationship and liaises with principals/supplies on matters relating to price negotiations, product launches, marketing campaigns, forthcoming offerings and events Requirements: Candidate with Category Management experience of Fitness/Wellness related brands Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in managing brand/category of fitness/wellness products Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
