About the Role:

As a Fitness Tutor & Assessor in Dubai, you will be responsible for delivering face-to-face pratical and blended learning sessions, assessing practical & theory components, and supporting learners throughout their qualification journey. You'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards Diverse is known for, while also helping establish our brand and presence in a new, vibrant market.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, high-quality classroom and practical training in fitness qualifications. Assess learner work in line with awarding body and REPs UAE standards. Provide ongoing learner support, feedback, and progress tracking. Ensure compliance with all internal quality assurance procedures. Contribute to the success and growth of Diverse Business Group in the UAE market.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

A recognised

teaching qualification

A recognised

assessing qualification

Level 2 Gym Instructing Level 3 Personal Training Experience delivering and assessing fitness qualifications in a practical and classroom setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused approach.
Desirable (but not essential)

Level 3 Pilates Level 3 Exercise Referral Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Level 3/4 Sports Massage Therapy Level 4 Nutrition for Sport & Physical Activity Previous experience working in the UAE or international fitness education. Familiarity with REPs UAE, CIMSPA, or other relevant international frameworks. Experience using digital platforms and e-portfolios for blended learning delivery.
