Conduct individual and group fitness sessions.
Design customized workout plans based on client needs and goals.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
Ensure safety during workouts and maintain gym equipment.
Motivate and inspire clients to achieve consistent results.
Qualifications & Skills:
Certified fitness trainer or relevant qualification.
Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Experience in personal training or group coaching is preferred.
CPR/first aid certification is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 100 per week
