Job Description

As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness for our guests. Your responsibilities include leading fitness classes, providing guidance on exercise routines, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable fitness environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:



Lead fitness classes, including group exercise and other fitness activities. Provide individualized fitness assessments and workout plans for guests upon request. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form to ensure safety and effectiveness. Monitor and assist guests during their workouts, offering guidance and motivation. Conduct fitness orientations for new guests, explaining equipment usage and safety protocols. Create and maintain accurate records of fitness assessments and guest progress. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center. Promote fitness programs, classes, and wellness initiatives to guests. Stay updated on fitness trends and industry best practices. Enforce fitness center policies and safety regulations. Address guest inquiries and concerns related to fitness services. Assist in organizing fitness events and challenges for guests. Participate in fitness center equipment maintenance and inspections. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation. * Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
