What you will be doing: * Welcome guests to the Health Club and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience

• Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines and give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues
• Maintain the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas; ensuring equipment is clean, functioning properly and used according to the guidelines of the facility
• Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
