Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure all gym and audio-visual equipment are in excellent working condition.
• Keep maintenance logs updated and implement preventive maintenance plans when needed.
• Manage fitness center retail operations including stock control, inventory, and sales.
• Oversee both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities and programs.
• Develop and conduct personalized exercise programs and private training sessions for guests.
• Provide fitness consultations and health assessments for new or returning guests.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the gym area.
• Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in fitness and leisure services.
• Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor guest health and ensure compliance with safety and medical screening procedures.

Ideal Profile

• Internationally recognized certification in Personal Training or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fitness Instructor, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of fitness assessments, program design, and health safety standards.
• Passionate about wellness, guest engagement, and continuous learning.
