Our partner is a world renowned sports coaching brand with a highly successful location in Kuwait. We are delighted to commence the search for an experienced Head Coach / Fitness Manager for their high-performing fitness team.

The Head Coach will lead a team of six to ten fitness coaches that delivery group fitness classes, inductions and PT sessions geared toward functional training. Reporting directly to the General Manager on a day-to-day basis, the Fitness Manager will additionally report to an experienced consultant on all strategic decisions.

Developing the fitness programme to a market-leading standard of quality, the Fitness Manager will have at least five years of industry experience, two of which in a management capacity.

This role would suit a fitness leader who has previously increased penetration, occupancy and engagement through quality deliverance and by providing a desirable mix of product from highly competent fitness professionals. A level 3 certification is a minimum requirement whilst additional group fitness qualifications (and the willingness to teach some classes) is advantageous.

The ability to speak Arabic is preferable but not essential, however candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and be able to adapt to living in a new country with a different culture. Due to visa and accommodation restrictions, this role is for a single-status candidates only. Visa support will be provided to successful candidates.
