Skills Provision is currently recruiting Fitness Coaches for an exciting opportunity in Kuwait.

Work permits are available for international applicants.

Position Details:

Role: Fitness Coach

Sector: Leisure & Well-being

Contract Duration: 2 years

Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: KWD 350 - 500 per month (tax-free)

Commission: Earn additional income through personal training sessions

Work Permit: Provided if required

Accommodation: Free housing included

Transport: Provided by the employer

Annual Flight Ticket: Included

Leave Entitlement: 30 days of paid annual leave

Working Hours:

48 hours per week (8 hours per day, 6 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and gym inductions

Assess client fitness levels, goals, and health concerns

Provide personalised exercise, nutrition, and wellness advice

Monitor client progress and adapt fitness programmes as needed

Ensure a safe and motivating training environment

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow Health & Safety regulations

Keep accurate customer records

Requirements

Education & Certification:

Accreditation, Diploma, or relevant qualification in a fitness-related field

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3 years' experience in fitness coaching

Strong knowledge of varied training techniques and approaches

Fluent in English (verbal and written); Arabic is an advantage

Personable, approachable, and passionate about health and fitness

Enthusiastic, hardworking, and dedicated to client success
