Job Description

The Fitment / Operations Support is responsible for assisting with vehicle device installations, basic electrical connections, and operational support activities. The role supports daily technical and operational functions, ensuring installations and related tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. The candidate will work closely with the technical and operations teams and may be required to travel or work abroad (KSA) when necessary.
Responsibilities
Primary Functions:

• Assist with installation and fitment of vehicle tracking devices and related equipment.

• Support basic vehicle electrical wiring and connections under supervision.

• Conduct basic troubleshooting of installed units.

• Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.

• Perform device testing after installation to confirm functionality.

• Complete installation reports and documentation accurately.

• Provide on-site operational support when required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Secondary Functions:

• Provide basic IT support related to installation systems and software.

• Always maintain a professional and disciplined attitude.

• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and work standards.

• Support the operations team during peak periods or extended working hours.

• Be available for travel or temporary assignment abroad (KSA) if required.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.

• Basic understanding of vehicle electrical wiring.

• Flexible with working hours.

• Willing to work abroad in KSA if required.

• Understanding of software architecture and next-gen technology (IoT, Computer Vision, AI, Cloud).

• Basic understanding of APIs.
