We are currently seeking

"Productions/ Joinery/ Fit out Supervisor"

who will ensure high-quality production processes, lead a skilled team, and deliver projects on time and within budget. With production experience in Furniture industry to join our expanding team.

Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Lead, train, and manage a team of skilled workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines. Monitor inventory levels and oversee the procurement of materials to support production needs. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs. Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory. Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documenting progress and any issues for management review.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the FITOUT and joinery industry in the UAE. Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and tools. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
