Project Manager / Site Manager Job
Purpose:
To supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out activities at the site, ensuring that works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works (joinery, ceiling, partitions, flooring, MEP coordination, painting, etc.).
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth site operations.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager on site issues and progress.
Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Review and verify site material deliveries, quantities, and quality.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage workforce productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Assist in resolving site-related technical or coordination issues.
Ensure that all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures are strictly followed on site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
5-10 years of proven experience in interior fit-out supervision (preferably commercial, retail, or hospitality projects).
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
