Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Team & Resource Management

Supervise site workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and productivity. Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently to meet project deadlines. Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with project teams on work priorities.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all works comply with company quality standards, project specifications, and UAE regulations. Conduct regular inspections and report on progress, deviations, and quality issues. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment on site.

Coordination & Reporting

Maintain daily reports on site activities, manpower, materials, and progress. Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants for approvals and clarifications. Assist in preparation of site documentation, RFIs, and project handover reports.

Safety Management

Ensure strict compliance with site safety regulations and policies. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure all site personnel follow safety procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or similar role in

fit-out, interior, or construction projects

. Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools. Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and construction regulations.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to read drawings and technical specifications accurately. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with multiple concurrent projects and team management.
