Fit Out Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations related to interior fit-out works. Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion. Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, materials, and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues and update progress. Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, progress records, and safety checklists. Schedule and manage site resources efficiently. Ensure that all materials and workmanship are per project standards and regulations. Attend site meetings and prepare reports on work progress and site conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
