Fit Out Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor project schedules and report any delays or deviations to the Project Manager.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Resolve site-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain daily site records including progress reports, material usage, and labor deployment.
Ensure site safety protocols are strictly followed by all workers and subcontractors.
Liaise with consultants, engineers, and clients for inspections, approvals, and progress updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
UAE: 2 years (Required)
Language:
English or Arabic (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
* 50% (Preferred)
