Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience:
5-7 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally within the fit-out, interior design, or construction sectors.
Outstanding writing and communication abilities in English, with native-level fluency.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a talent for visual storytelling.
Proven capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining consistency and high-quality output.

Solid understanding of marketing, branding, and visual communication principles.
Expertise in graphic design and publication layout.
Familiarity with proposal writing and bid submission processes.
