Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring design specifications are met.
Plan and schedule project work while ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials and services.
Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Oversee quality control and ensure that all materials and finishes meet project requirements.
Resolve any technical or design-related issues that arise during the project.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Work closely with clients, designers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of
3-5 years of experience
in interior fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software
.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
