Manage and coordinate all phases of interior fit-out projects, from initiation to completion.
Site supervision:
Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and laborers, providing clear instructions and ensuring productivity.
Design and planning:
Review and interpret design drawings and plans, and develop project schedules.
Quality and compliance:
Ensure all work is compliant with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations, and conduct regular site inspections.
Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, designers, clients, and other project stakeholders to resolve challenges.
Resource and budget management:
Manage project budgets and ensure effective resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency.
Technical expertise:
Provide technical advice, perform site surveys, and implement quality control systems.
Handover and final inspection:
Conduct final testing and inspection before the project handover.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience in managing and executing fit-out projects.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
Ability to implement and enforce quality and safety standards.
A relevant engineering degree.
