Job Title: Fit-Out Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fit-Out Engineer to manage and execute interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise interior fit-out works including gypsum, joinery, flooring, ceilings, finishes, and MEP coordination Review and implement shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules Monitor site progress, manpower, and materials Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions Ensure compliance with HSE rules and company safety policies Prepare daily/weekly progress reports Assist in project handover and snag-list closure
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Engineering 3-7 years experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential) Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Experience working with consultants and local authorities Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Strong communication and coordination skills UAE experience preferred Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of local authority approval processes Experience in fast-track projects Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
